3. Booking and Communication
All service inquiries and bookings are initiated through our website’s contact form or directly via WhatsApp. We do not require account creation for service requests. Communication regarding services, scheduling, and other inquiries is conducted through WhatsApp using the direct link provided on our website.
4. Pricing and Payments
Service pricing is provided upon inquiry and is subject to the scope of work required. Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. We reserve the right to request payment in advance for certain services. All payments are to be made through the methods specified during the booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
6. Access and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring that:
- The property is accessible.
- Pets are secured.
- Any specific instructions or areas requiring attention are communicated in advance.
Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Liability and Insurance
DClick Cleaning and Hygiene holds public liability insurance to cover accidental damages caused during the provision of our services. Any damage or issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damages.
- Items of sentimental value.
- Damages resulting from faulty equipment or products provided by the client.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected areas.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect personal data through our website’s contact form and use Google Analytics and Google Search Console for website performance monitoring. All communication is conducted via WhatsApp. We do not create user accounts or store personal data beyond what is necessary for service provision.
